Thomas V. Morris, Ph.D.

Tom Morris is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a double PhD from Yale in Philosophy and Religious Studies. After 15 years as one of the most popular professors at Notre Dame, he became a leading public philosopher. He has written more than 30 books—including If Aristotle Ran General Motors, The Stoic Art of Living, and Stoicism for Dummies—and delivered over 1,200 talks worldwide. Featured by major media outlets, he has also appeared in national commercials and is often called “the world’s happiest philosopher.”
