He currently drives market strategy and service line execution for Baptist Healthcare System in San Antonio. He provides executive oversight for oncology navigation and cancer registry teams, using data-driven leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. During his tenure, Baptist launched the first AI-driven incidental findings program focused on lung cancer identification and treatment. Previously at HCA/Methodist Healthcare, Justin led the company’s first systemwide rollout of Blockit technology, increasing bedside specialty referral rates from 20% to 80%.
